Welcome friends.

 My name is Sarah and I'm newly married to the best partner a girl could ask for. We live in an a yellow house beneath the pines and dream of growing roots on a homestead in the woods. I'm a shop girl by trade. Perhaps more importantly, I am an avid reader, a beginner knitter, a kitchen witch, and a lover of the woods and the wild.

I chose as my focus for this year the word 'becoming' and part of that is sharing more in this space. I make no promises for how regularly I visit here or what type of content you'll see. I have no plans at all for this little blog except to come here and write what is on my mind and in my life.
